Freestone will provide a technical recruiter to either work at your office location or offsite.  Our technical recruiters follow all recruiting practices and procedures as specified by the client, or will work with the client to develop a recruiting process.

Low overhead allows Freestone to offer Senior Technical Recruiters with extensive industry experience at competitive hourly rates, or we can create a payment schedule based on candidates sourced by Freestone that are hired by the client.

Direct Placements

Freestone conducts complete recruiting/placement services, from writing the job requirement through background/reference checks and presenting qualified candidates to either the client Human Resources or the hiring manager. We also offer the following recruiting services:

Project Based Software Development

Freestone specializes in building Internet and Web based applications for small to medium sized companies. Website development projects include custom development, web site hosting, domain name registration (if necessary), and site maintenance for one fixed price. For other software application development projects, our Business Analysts meet with the client to determine the project scope and requirements. From the information gathered at these meetings, we will present a detailed proposal with either deliverables based payment terms, or a competitive hourly rate.
